Our Process

  • After the initial consultation appointment is scheduled, our knowledgeable salesmen will come to your house to present our catalog, and samples of handrail and balusters so you can select the best style and fit for your needs. We will help you to solve all the design issues so your new staircase system will become practical, efficient and elegant.
  • Following the consultation, the customer will receive an itemized estimate to fit your needs and budget.
  • Upon agreement of the estimate, Georgia Custom Stairs will collect 50% initial deposit with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion and customer satisfaction.
  • An installation date will be scheduled between the customer and Georgia Custom Stairs. The customer will receive a phone call the day before to confirm and also a call 15 minutes before arrival.
  • Once the crew arrives, they will move or protect any furniture that is necessary. Cover the floor where needed and install plastics to reduce dust.
  • The crew will always cut outside and clean every day before leaving the job-site.
  • The crew will listen to the customer’s needs and will do all in their power to satisfy customer in all areas.
  • The salesman will be present the last day of the project to make sure that everything is satisfactory and will collect the reaming payment. Customer will receive a 2 years warranty.
